چکیده
Assessment of the diet adaptation period is critical for feeding experiments in ruminants to have significant changes concerned parameters. An vitro trial was conducted investigate impact sampling at different time periods (day 0, 11, 21, and 60) determine feed treatment over ruminal fermentation parameters crossbred Karan-Fries cattle (Bos taurus) Murrah (Bubalus bubalis) heifers. Two types total mixed rations (TMRs), viz. high forage (HFD) having roughage concentrate ratio (R:C) as 70:30 (HCD) R:C 40:60 were formulated, fed Rumen liquors collected from all animals on 60 days. HFD HCD diets incubated with strained rumen liquor buffalo adopting Menke’s gas procedure. The results showed that most parameters, volatile fatty acids (TVFAs) (mM/ml), acetate (%), propionate butyrate (A:P), partitioning factor (PF) microbial biomass production (MBP) (mg), dry matter digestibility (IVDMD) (%) organic (IVOMD) significantly day 0 11 compared 21. Afterward, up 60, there no effects reported except increased IVDMD IVOMD As a result our findings, it can be concluded are differences 21 days should not reduced order achieve proper stabilize process. Further research needed impacts adaption various intervals.

In vitro production of cattle-water buffalo (Bos taurus--Bubalus bubalis) hybrid embryos.
Interspecific hybrid embryos are useful models for the study of maternal-fetal interactions, transmission pattern of species-specific markers and parental contributions to growth and developmental potential of pre-attachment embryos. In an attempt to investigate the possibility of producing hybrid embryos of domestic cattle (Bos taurus) and water buffalo (Bubalus bubalis), cattle oocytes were e...
متن کاملDGAT1 and ABCG2 polymorphism in Indian cattle (Bos indicus) and buffalo (Bubalus bubalis) breeds
BACKGROUND Indian cattle (Bos indicus) and riverine buffalo (Bubalus bubalis) give a poor yield of milk but it has a high fat and protein percentage compared to taurine cattle. The identification of QTLs (Quantitative Trait Loci) on BTA14 and BTA6 and its subsequent fine mapping has led to identification of two non conservative mutations affecting milk production and composition. Our objective ...
متن کاملA disparate trace element metabolism in zebu (Bos indicus) and crossbred (Bos indicus × Bos taurus) cattle in response to a copper-deficient diet.
Copper deficiency is a commonly diagnosed problem in cattle around the globe. In Jimma, Ethiopia, 8 zebu (Bos indicus) and 8 zebu ×: Holstein Friesian cross (Bos taurus ×: Bos indicus) heifers were used in an 11-wk study to investigate breed type differences and effects of Cu deficiency on concentrations of trace elements in plasma and edible tissues as well as mRNA expression of Cu-related gen...

IN VITRO PRODUCTION OF BUFFALO (Bubalus bubalis) EMBRYOS
Two experiments (Exp) were carried out to test the effect of different media on in vitro maturation (IVM) (Exp 1; n = 1142 ovaries with 2666 oocytes) and to study in vitro fertilization (IVF) of buffalo oocytes (Exp 2; n = 110 ovaries with 330 oocytes). In exp 1 the collected cumulus oocyte complex (COCs) was allocated to three maturational media; TCM-199 supplemented with hormones (M1), TCM-19...
